DESIGN AND BUILD
Driven concrete piles were used for a quick start on below ground works. The building features one of the largest cantilevered concrete suspended slabs in the UAE at the time.
The building façade was crowned by a continuous chevron-shaped parapet of fairfaced pre-cast concrete elements (over 1,000 pieces) with each unit weighing approximately 3 tonnes. These elements were cast on custom built vibrating steel beds and moulds at the job site and lifted in position.
