Project Description:
The building comprises 120 No’s. luxurious one, two and three bedroom Apartments and 172,727 sqft (16,052 sqm) of open plan office space, a Retail Arcade at Ground and Mezzanine Levels, 120 servant studios and one of the first helipads in the UAE.

DESIGN AND BUILD
The entire Central Service Core and Main Staircase well were constructed in 23 days using the ‘Slipform’ technique, introduced for the first time in UAE.
The complete façade from Levels 7 - 22 were clad with pre-cast concrete panels - also a first in UAE at the time.
Levels 1-6 are treated with special powder coated aluminium fascia panels, manufactured by ‘AribaUSA’.
An enormous ceramic mosaic with over 1.2 million pieces depicting the Dubai Creek Skyline surrounds the RCC perimeter wall to the Mezzanine Retail Area.
