Quality Assurance Policy Statement

Amongst Convrgnt's key objectives is to create client value through excellence in all our operations. Quality is a main pillar of this objective. In whatever we undertake, we must strive to deliver a product that will last well beyond and quality is our main quest.

To this end we operate a QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, integrated within our corporate online MIS system to ensure consistency in adherence to set standards at all levels of operation. Material procurement is strictly controlled for brand and specification conformity throughout the supply chain cycle.

Employees, vendors and subcontractors are evaluated for quality assurance through comprehensive scrutiny of their past performance and existing practices. During construction exhaustive quality checklists are maintained to ensure standards are maintained.

The Company has delegated the responsibility for the successful day to day operation of the Quality Management System to a Senior Management Team. At any stage of the work, if quality lapses are found, the team has a standing instruction to redo the work regardless of the cost. 

It is the company policy that all employees practice the principles of Quality Management. Our processes and procedures are constantly monitored and reviewed to ensure  continuing effectiveness and suitability through continuous improvement.
